The 4th & 9th tracks off of MGMT's new album Congratulations. "Flash Delirium" is being floated as a 'taster' for the album, as they say they don't want to release any singles off the album. Shoot, what tape will I pick up at Sam Goody then? Actually kind of sucks when album closer tracks leak.
